Apply now: Luce Curatorial Fellowship in Arts of the Americas

The Arts of the Americas department at the Art Institute of Chicago seeks a curatorial fellow to join a dynamic team of four curators actively engaged in planning a full-scale reinstallation of the Arts of the Americas collection in the museum’s Rice Building. The project is scheduled to begin phased implementation in mid-2027, with exhibition design and object research already underway. During the 18-month fellowship, the Luce Curatorial Fellow would assist and participate in all aspects of the conceptualization, organization, and implementation of the reinstallation in its current phase. The position will be posted until filled, ideally with a start date in calendar year 2025.
